Due to heavy fog, 18 trains coming to Delhi from different parts of the country are running late. Many areas of the national capital are witnessing haze and dense fog. Dense fog was seen in some areas in the morning. Many of these trains include superfast and express trains. Many local trains are also late.

According to information, Avadh Assam Express, which was originally scheduled to arrive at 7:07 am is running 4 hours 38 minutes late. Unchahar Express, which was scheduled to arrive at 4 am, is running 3 hours 49 minutes late. Vikramshila Express, which was scheduled to arrive at 7:20 am, is 1 hour 65 minutes late. Sampark Kranti Superfast Express which was scheduled to arrive at 7:55 am is now running 1 hour 23 minutes behind its scheduled time.

Additionally, Shiv Ganga Express is running 1 hour 10 minutes late. Duronto Express is 2 hours 56 minutes late. Poorva Express which was originally scheduled to arrive at 6:05 am is running 4 hours late. Goda Delhi Express arriving at 9:10 am will reach Delhi 1 hour 10 minutes late. Bui NDLS Express is running 1 hour 5 minutes late. Sadbhavna Express arriving at 4:45 am reached Delhi quite late.

The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of dense fog on December 26, 27 and 28. The IMD has also predicted partly cloudy weather. Light rain is likely in the evening or night. Smog and light fog are expected to return in the evening, which will further reduce visibility by night. These conditions are expected to persist till night.
