Shirshasana

To do this, sit against a wall. Place your head on the ground and support it with your hands.

Slowly raise both legs and keep the body straight. Initially do it for 10–20 seconds.

Tadasana

To perform Tadasana, stand straight with your feet slightly apart. Join your hands above your head and stand on your toes. Stretch your body upward and take a deep breath.

Kapalabhati

To perform Kapalabhati, sit in Sukhasana (a posture with a straight back). Exhale forcefully through your nose and draw your abdomen in. Repeat this for 5–10 minutes.

  • Benefits: This asana helps flush toxins from the brain,  improving memory and focus, leaving the mind refreshed and energetic.

Infinity Walk

This is also called the "infinity" walk. It involves walking in an imaginary figure 8 shape. Focus on your breathing and walking speed with each step. Walk slowly on green grass barefoot in the morning.

  • Benefits: Doing this practice provides natural peace to the mind, reduces stress and anxiety, and increases creativity.

Meditation in Vajrasana

To do this, sit in Vajrasana, close your eyes, and focus on your breathing. Practice this for 5–10 minutes daily.
