London:  A 33-year-old woman of Indian origin in England killed her own daughter. Now the court will sentence her. The woman accepted the murder of her 10-year-old daughter on Friday. The body of the girl was found at her home in a town in the 'West Midlands' region of England earlier this year. Jaskirat Kaur alias Jasmine Kang was accused of killing She Kang on March 4. West Midlands Police had said that the girl was found injured at an address in Rowley Regis and was declared dead at the scene.

Kaur said in a brief hearing at Wolverhampton Crown Court via video from prison that she was guilty of murdering her daughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility. According to court reports, Judge Chambers told Kaur, "Your case will probably be heard on October 25." Defence barrister Catherine Goddard told the court that there was "no dispute over the facts" of the case and the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) confirmed that Kaur's plea of ​​guilty to murder was acceptable to the prosecution.

An inquest into Shay's death heard she had died from a stab wound to the chest, the Shropshire Star reported.
