Foreign Minister Jaishankar said that when he says that 75 percent of the problem has been resolved, it is only in the context of withdrawing the troops. Right now the main issue is of patrolling. After 2020, the system of patrolling has been tampered with. Some issues of patrolling are yet to be resolved. After this, there is a big issue of reducing the number of troops, both the countries have deployed a large number of soldiers on the border.
