According to official NSE data, Azim Premji Trust sold 20.23 crore shares (1.93 per cent equity) of the company for Rs 5,058 crore at an average price of Rs 250 per share.

On Monday, Hasham Traders bought 11.9 crore equity shares, while Prizim Traders bought 5.95 crore equity shares and Prizim Trading and Investment Company Private Limited bought 2.38 crore equity shares, all at an average execution price of Rs 250 per share. The consolidated profit of the company in the quarter ended March has increased from Rs 3,354 crore to Rs 3,570 crore. At the same time, the income has increased from Rs 22,285 crore to Rs 22,445.3 crore. That is, there has been a 0.7 percent increase on a quarter-on-quarter basis. The company's profit has increased by more than 6 percent compared to the third quarter. At the same time, a slight increase has been seen in revenue.
