Vitamin D strengthens bones, strengthens immunity and also removes fatigue. You can take vitamin D tablets or capsules. Along with this, it is also very important to sit in the sun for 10 minutes every day.

 

Why is Vitamin B12 important?

Many people in India  do not eat non-veg  . Vegetarian food contains very little vitamin B12. Its deficiency can cause fatigue, weakness and poor memory. Vitamin B12 gives strength to the body. It helps in blood formation and also strengthens the brain and nervous system. Taking B12 supplements or fortified food restores energy and strengthens the nervous system. For the elderly or those who have absorption problems, the doctor may prescribe injections or sublingual tablets (which dissolve under the tongue).
