Vrat Day: As per Udaya Tithi, the main Vrat will be observed on 28th April 2026.
Time to break the fast: Next day i.e. on 29th April between 05:42 am to 08:21 am.
Simple method of worship
Lord Parashurama is the sixth incarnation of Lord Vishnu, hence special attention is paid to purity in his worship:
Resolution: Wake up early in the morning, take a bath, and wear yellow or clean clothes. Take water in your hand and meditate on Lord Parashurama while vowing to fast.
Lighting a lamp: Light a lamp of pure ghee in front of the picture of Lord Vishnu or Parashurama in the puja room.
