News Topical, Digital Desk : Waaree Energies Ltd informed after the stock market closed on Monday that the company's wholly owned subsidiary Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited (WFEPL) has formed a new wholly owned subsidiary company Eco Flux Renewables Private Limited. According to the information given to the exchange, the company has been registered with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on 15 December 2025 and its Certificate of Incorporation has also been received on the same day. According to the information given by the company, Eco Flux Renewables Private Limited is a newly established entity and its turnover is currently zero as it has not yet started its business operations.

In a filing to the exchange, the company stated that this new company is 100% owned by Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited. Eco Flux Renewables Private Limited has been incorporated in India with the aim of pursuing future renewable energy projects. According to the company, this move is aimed at further strengthening the group's renewable energy business. 

Share Performance The company's shares closed at ₹2,965 on Monday, down 0.50%. Over the past year, the company's shares have declined 5.37%.
