Vikrant spoke on his son's religion

In the past, Vikrant Massey has shown his outspoken style on serious issues like religion many times. Recently, when he appeared on actress Riya Chakraborty's podcast, Vikrant was asked a question about his son Vardhan's religion. On which he clearly said-

Look, I want to keep my son completely away from issues like religion. I believe that when he grows up, he should treat people on the basis of religion and caste. Not only this, I have left the religion column in his birth certificate blank. In this certificate given by the government, you can fill the religion column as per your wish, so I have put a dash in it. I am not bringing up my son in such a way that he should conduct himself on the basis of religion in future. I believe that religion is a person's personal choice. 

In this way, Vikrant Massey has openly discussed about his son's religion. Let us tell you that people of different religions are present in Vikrant's family. His father is Christian and his mother is Sikh, while the actor's younger brother accepted Islam at the age of 17. Not only this, Vikrant's wife Sheetal Thakur's religion is Hindu.
