According to the classical law, Vijaya Ekadashi fast will be observed on 13th February only.

Importance of Vijaya Ekadashi fast

Vijaya Ekadashi puja method
- On Vijaya Ekadashi, wake up in the Brahma Muhurta in the morning and take a bath. After this, meditate on Lord Vishnu and install his idol.
- After this, first apply sandalwood to Lord Vishnu and offer clothes.
- Now offer yellow colored things to God, offer him yellow sweets and jaggery gram.
- After this, meditate on Lord Vishnu and chant his mantras.
- Recite the Vijaya Ekadashi fasting story and then perform aarti. Finally, distribute prasad to everyone.
