Vasudeva Chaturthi Auspicious time (Vasudeva Chaturthi Muhurat)

The Chaturthi Tithi of the Shukla Paksha (waxing moon) of Chaitra month begins on March 21st at 11:56 pm. This Tithi will end on March 22nd at 9:16 pm. Therefore, keeping the Udaya Tithi in mind, Vasudev Chaturthi will be celebrated on Sunday, March 22nd. The auspicious time on this day will be as follows:

Chaturthi Midday Muhurta - 11:15 am to 1:41 pm

Prohibited moon sighting time - 8:15 pm to 10:15 pm

Offer these things to Lord Ganesha

On the day of Vasudev Chaturthi (Vighneshwar Chaturthi), wake up early in the morning, take a bath, and resolve to fast. Afterward, worship Lord Ganesha according to the prescribed rituals . During the puja, offer durva (sunflower grass), vermilion, red flowers, sacred thread, betel nut, and other items to Lord Ganesha. You can offer modaks, bananas, seasonal fruits, gram flour laddus, and sweet puran poli to Lord Ganesha as offerings. Doing so ensures the devotee's continued blessings and bestows happiness and prosperity.

Do not make these mistakes even by mistake

Do not offer Tulsi leaves to Ganesha during worship on Vasudev Chaturthi . According to legend, Tulsi and Ganesha cursed each other, which is why Tulsi is not used in Ganesha worship. Do not worship wearing black clothes, as this color is associated with negativity.

One should also avoid looking at the moon on Chaturthi, as according to religious beliefs, doing so could lead to false accusations or false stigma. The fasting person should also avoid quarreling, arguing, or insulting anyone, as otherwise, the fast will not reap the full benefits of the fast.
