Addressing the session, he said, "This year, my colleague, whom I spoke to yesterday, India's Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar, will visit Russia. I will be visiting India. We have regular exchanges."

Meanwhile, in his address during this session, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov praised Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar. The Russian Foreign Minister said that India has the same self-respect as Turkey. "My friend from Public Russia said that if the United States wants to sell its oil to us, we are ready to set conditions for it. If we buy oil from another country instead of the United States, that is our business," he said.
