News Topical, Digital Desk : The cycle of rain and sunshine continues in Uttar Pradesh. Over the past few days, the state has been experiencing thunderstorms and rain, lightning and hailstorms, while some areas are experiencing sunshine. The weather will continue to fluctuate in the coming days. A warning has been issued for rain and hailstorms, accompanied by strong winds, until October 9th. 

According to the Meteorological Department, the weather in Uttar Pradesh will remain dry in the western region of Uttar Pradesh on Monday, April 6th. The sky is expected to remain clear and sunny throughout the day. However, in the eastern region, light rain showers are possible in Prayagraj, Sant Kabir Nagar, Mirzapur, Varanasi, Sonbhadra, Chandauli, Ghazipur, and Ballia. However, no specific warning has been issued. 

How will the weather be in UP today?

The capital city of Lucknow has seen clear skies since morning, and the day will be sunny. There is no indication of rain or drizzle. The maximum temperature will be 34 degrees Celsius and the minimum will be 20 degrees Celsius. Noida , Ghaziabad, Meerut, Agra, and Mathura will also experience sunny skies today. Partly cloudy skies will be seen in the Ram city of Ayodhya, but rain is unlikely. 

Prayagraj, Gorakhpur, and Varanasi will experience partly cloudy skies today. Scattered sunshine and clouds will continue to alternate in these districts. Light drizzle and strong winds are possible in some areas.  

Rain will continue in UP

Starting April 7th, the Western Disturbance will reactivate, bringing rain to the Western Division. An orange alert has been issued for thunderstorms, lightning, and hailstorms in some areas. Strong winds will blow at speeds of 40-60 km/h, while light rain is possible in eastern Uttar Pradesh. On April 8th, a yellow alert for thunderstorms and rain is issued for both divisions, and from April 10th, the rain will stop, and the weather will remain dry. 

The rains in April have wreaked havoc on farmers. Wheat crops ripen in the fields during this time, but the rain has caused significant damage to the crops. In many places, harvested crops have even been soaked. The forecast of even more inclement weather in the coming days has increased farmers' concerns.
