Bareilly. The new SSP Anurag Arya has given a stern warning to his subordinates on the strictness of the fast track court. The SSP has also filed a reply related to this in the fast track court. Fast Track Court-I Ravi Kumar Diwakar's court had written a strong letter to the ADG and SSP of Bareilly Zone in a rape case.
The court expressed displeasure over the way the police worked
The court said that the police of the entire district is being very negligent in filing the charge sheet. The personal mobile numbers of the witnesses are not recorded in the charge sheet, which makes it difficult to summon them for testimony. The police recorded the same mobile number of many witnesses in the case. The charge sheet does not even have the clear names and signatures of the area officer and the police station in-charge.
On Saturday, the SSP in his detailed reply filed in the court has said that a strict warning has been given to the subordinates. Otherwise strict action will be taken against careless policemen. The SSP has clearly told the subordinates that the area officer and the station in-charge should write the full and clear name in the charge sheet. Do not repeat the mistake or else strict action will be taken. The jurisdiction should check for itself whether the names of all the witnesses and their personal mobile numbers are written in the charge sheet or not.
