UK Navy's ship is present 100 nautical miles away from Thiruvananthapuram. On Saturday, F35 fighter jets took off for a training flight. Due to bad weather, landing on the ship was not successful. Due to several attempts, fuel ran out.
Emergency landing at Thiruvananthapuram airport at 9 pm
After this, after taking permission from the authorities, the fighter flight was allowed to land at Thiruvananthapuram airport at around 9 pm on Saturday night. Then the UK Navy fighter jet made a successful landing and breathed a sigh of relief.
The fighter jet is currently kept in the hangar of the domestic airport
