At the same time, former US National Security Advisor John Bolton has warned that Donald Trump's tariff measures against India aimed at harming Russia could have the opposite effect, as it is improving trade relations between India and China.
John Bolton said in an interview to CNN, "Trump's tariffs against India are aimed at hurting Russia, but this could bring India closer to Russia and China will oppose these tariffs."
