Trump administration will face lawsuits – Caroline Levitt

White House Press Secretary Carolyn Levitt said on Thursday, "The administration will face these lawsuits in court. The H-1B visa system has been rife with fraud for far too long, leading to lower wages for Americans. Therefore, the President wants to improve the system. That's one reason he implemented the new policy." Levitt said that President Trump's main priority is prioritizing American workers and strengthening the visa system.

These organizations have challenged

Several unions, employers and religious organizations have challenged the Trump administration's new H-1B visa fee in a California federal court. A lawsuit filed on October 16 in the District of Columbia Court by the US Chamber of Commerce, a business organization, challenges the US President's order.

This visa is very popular among Indian professionals. According to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services, Indians have received more than 71 percent of H-1B visas issued in recent years.
