
News Topical, Digital Desk : UP Transfer Policy: The cabinet of Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh has implemented a new transfer policy. For the year 2025-26, the state government has issued a new transfer policy for government officers and employees. As per the stipulated time limit, all transfers will be completed by June 15, 2025.
According to the information, the officers of Group 'A' and 'B', who have completed 23 years in a district, will be removed from there. On the other hand, the employees who have completed 7 years in a single division will be sent to another division.
Apart from this, employees working in divisional offices will be compulsorily transferred after three years. Please note that only a maximum of 20% employees in Group 'A' and 'B' and a maximum of 10% employees in Group 'C' and 'P' will be transferred.
As per the approved proposal, it will be mandatory to follow the government order
of 13 May 2022 for the transfer of Group 'C' employees. According to the information, the transfer of Group 'B' and 'C' employees will be done through online merit based system.
However, parents of Divyang children will be posted at such places where there is medical and care facility. Balanced posting of officers will be ensured in 100 aspiring development blocks of 34 districts of the state. On the other hand, transfers of Group 'A' and 'B' will be done only after the approval of the Chief Minister through the departmental minister.
