News Topical, Digital Desk : Tata Group company Titan Company Ltd has announced the quarterly results for the quarter ended March 2025. The company said in an exchange filing that the company's profits and income have increased in the fourth quarter of FY 2025. The company has also announced a dividend for its investors. In the March quarter, the company's profit has increased by 10.7 percent to Rs 870 crore, while a CNBC-TV18 poll had estimated a profit of Rs 837 crore. A year ago, in this quarter, the company had recorded a profit of Rs 786 crore.

In the quarter ended March, the company has reported revenue of Rs 13,477 crore, which is an increase of 19.7 percent from Rs 13,477 crore in the same quarter a year ago. In the quarter ended March, the company's EBITDA increased by 29.7 percent to Rs 1,438 crore, which was Rs 1,109 crore in the same quarter a year ago. The company's EBITDA margin has increased from 9.9 percent to 10.7 percent year-on-year. 

Announcing dividend, the company said that a dividend of Rs 11 per share has been announced for investors. The company's stock closed at Rs 3,345 on Thursday with a gain of 0.18 percent. In the last one year, the company's stock has seen an increase of 2.61 percent. The 52-week high of the stock is Rs 2,925.
