In a conversation with Zahra Jani, journalist Pooja Samant revealed that she once went to interview a Bollywood actress who was devastated after her breakup with Ranbir Kapoor. This actress was none other than Katrina Kaif.

Ruined her career because of Ranbir

In the interview, Pooja Samant said, “When we went to YRF studio to interview Katrina, she was crying, crying a lot. She was saying that I made a mistake and I am responsible for the work I did not get. She was crying and telling us that she fell in love with him and then things did not work out and now we are not together. But because of him I ruined my career.”

She turned down movies to become the daughter-in-law of the Kapoor family.

Pooja Samant further said, "She must have thought that after marrying Ranbir, she would become a member of the Kapoor family and she must have felt that they did not allow their daughters-in-law to work in films, at least that was the case then, now things have changed. She left a lot of films. She was very disappointed."

Katrina Kaif went into depression after her breakup with Ranbir . Currently, she is happily married to Vicky Kaushal. They have a son. Meanwhile, Ranbir is married to Alia, with whom he has a daughter.
