Saiyyara  tells the story of Vaani Batra, who finds her second love in Krish Kapoor. Vaani, a media personality, has a passion for songwriting, and Krish has a passion for singing. This connection brings them together, and they fall in love. However, Vaani's illness poses the biggest challenge in their relationship. The story revolves around who wins between love and stardom.

Saiyara received widespread praise from critics and audiences. The low-budget film has grossed ₹337.78 crore at the domestic box office, with a worldwide gross of ₹579.23 crore.
