Some special yogasanas help in removing toxins from the body, improving kidney function and keeping the joints flexible. So let's know about some easy yogasanas and the right ways to do them-

 

Vajrasana

Vajrasana is the only yoga asana that can be done after meals as it improves digestion and prevents the formation of uric acid. To do this, sit on your heels with your knees bent, keep the spine straight and the hands on your knees. Breathe deeply and stay in this pose for at least 5-10 minutes. Regular practice improves digestion and prevents the build-up of uric acid.

 

Balasana (Child Pose)

Balasana yoga makes the body feel relaxed and reduces stiffness of joints. To do this, sit on your knees and slowly bend forward and place your forehead on the ground. Stretch your arms forward and breathe deeply. Stay in this posture for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Its regular practice helps in reducing uric acid.

 

bhujangasana

This asana activates the kidneys, which helps in removing uric acid from the body . To do this, lie down on your stomach, place both palms near the shoulders and slowly raise your head and chest. Stay in this position for 15-30 seconds and then slowly come back.

 

Ardha Matsyendrasana

This yogasana helps in detoxifying the liver and kidneys, thereby removing toxins from the body. To do this, bend the right leg and place it near the left thigh and place the left hand on the right knee. Turn the body to the right and stay in this position for 20-30 seconds. Then repeat in the other direction.

 

bridge pose

Setubandhasana reduces joint swelling and pain by increasing blood circulation. To do this, lie on your back, bend your knees and keep your feet on the ground. Keeping your hands close to your body, slowly raise your waist. Stay in this posture for 20-30 seconds and then slowly come back.

 

Pawanmuktasana

Pavanamuktasana improves digestion and controls uric acid by removing gas and toxins from the body. To do this, lie on your back, bend your knees and bring them close to your chest. Hold your knees with your hands and raise your head. Maintain this pose for 30 seconds.
