Beetroot juice

Beetroot juice is a treasure trove of nutrients and powerful antioxidants. It's rich in compounds like betaine and betalain. It reduces fat accumulation in the liver and protects against oxidative stress. Additionally, the nitrates in it improve blood flow, which is beneficial for liver function. Beetroot juice is rich in antioxidants, but it also contains natural sugars. Therefore, drink it in moderation. Diabetics should consult a doctor before drinking it.
