No one is going to light a lamp on the grave – CM Yogi
CM Yogi said, "Remember, Aurangzeb used to call himself a king, the king of India. Today, does anyone ask where his grave is? No one knows. No one lights a lamp, no one whitewashes it, no one asks what condition he died in? What condition was he born in? Where is his grave? No one asks."
Sacrifice was for the country and religion – CM Yogi
CM Yogi said that after all, Jahangir had shown so much brutality towards Guru Arjun Dev. This tradition of sacrifice starts from there, even after that they continued to fight equally. What kind of atrocities were committed against Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji Maharaj's Guru. That is, the person whom he himself had raised, that orphan heretic, betrayed him, but he could not stand in front of Guru Tegh Bahadur's sword. Despite all this, the sacrifice of these Gurus, their sisters and brothers, was not for themselves. It was not for their family. It was for the country, for the religion and we all gather here to express our gratitude for this contribution to the country and religion.
