Where in the hospital, the doctor removed the private part of a 28-year-old man without informing the patient. The patient had come to the hospital complaining of infection in his private parts. Now the 28-year-old victim has complained to CM Himanta Biswa Sarma about the doctors.

The patient had gone for treatment of infection

The victim has been identified as Atiqur Rahman of Jiribam district of Manipur. He came to a private hospital in Silchar for treatment. Where after the biopsy test, he came to know that the doctor had removed his private part without his consent. 

The doctor is missing after cutting off his private part

The victim lodged a complaint with the police that a doctor of a private hospital removed his private part surgically without informing him during a routine biopsy test. There has been no response from the doctors and officials of the hospital on this incident. The concerned doctor is still missing and is not even responding to calls or messages. 

The doctor did not give a satisfactory answer

Victim Atiqur Rahman alleged, 'On June 19, he went to a private hospital in Silchar after an infection in his private parts. The doctor advised him to get a biopsy test done. During the biopsy test, they removed my private part without asking me. When I woke up after the surgery, I found that my private part had been removed. When I asked the doctor, he did not give a satisfactory answer.'

Now I am a mentally disturbed person

The victim Rahman said, 'Now I am completely helpless. I don't know what to do. My life is over. I tried to contact the doctor several times, but he did not answer my calls. I am mentally disturbed and I am having trouble due to the surgery.' At the same time, now the victim has urged Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma to immediately intervene and ensure accountability in the case.
