This year's G-20 summit has been organized in South Africa. Trump will not participate in this year's G-20 summit. Next year's summit may be held in Trump's golf club in America.
What did Trump say?
Talking about the G-20 summit, Trump says, "I think Doral is the best place." Let us tell you that the G-20 (Group of 20) includes 19 countries, the European Union and the African Union. This year, US Vice President JD Vance will attend the G-20 summit to be held in South Africa in place of Trump.
When will the G-20 Summit 2025 take place?
India hosted the G-20 Summit in 2024. Many global leaders were seen gathering in New Delhi. This year i.e. in 2025, the G-20 conference will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa on 22-23 November. Next year, this summit will be held in America, but its dates have not been decided yet.
What is the challenge?
However, hosting a big event at Doral Miami with American money may put Trump in the dock. Trump's hotel and restaurant are expected to benefit in large numbers from this event. However, the White House says that the responsibility of accommodation and food of the guests attending the G-20 summit will be on Doral's shoulders and not on the American government.
