In this case, Patna District Administration once again issued a letter to Tejashwi Yadav on Friday (August 8) saying that making and using fake government documents is a legal offense.

Patna district administration posted a letter on social media platform 'X' and said that Tejashwi Yadav had organized a press conference on August 2 and informed the media that your EPIC number is RAB2916120 and on searching the official website of the Election Commission of India with the said EPIC number, your name was not found in the draft electoral list published after the special intensive revision 2025 and your name has been deleted.

It was said that investigation has revealed that Tejashwi Yadav's name is mentioned with EPIC number- RAB0456228 at polling station number-204, library building number-416 of Bihar Animal Science University. In the affidavit filed in the nomination papers of the year 2015 and 2020 by 128-Raghopur Legislative Assembly constituency, EPIC number- RAB0456228 was mentioned by you. In the counting form which was submitted by you through BLO during SIR-2025, EPIC number RAB0456228 is also mentioned in that counting form.

One card was declared fake

Patna district administration said that even after matching with the database of voter lists of the past several years, the EPIC card number RAB2916120 displayed in the press conference held on August 2 was not found to have been issued by the Election Commission of India. The EPIC card number RAB2916120 displayed by you is fake. Making and using fake government documents is a legal offense. You are once again requested to submit your seemingly fake EPIC card to the office of the Electoral Registration Officer by 5 pm on August 16.
