On Sunday, Prarthana Behere posted a photo of her father on her Instagram. She wrote an emotional note mourning her father's sudden demise. She wrote in Marathi, “My Baba... He passed away tragically in a road accident on October 14th. Baba, after you left, life seemed to have come to a standstill. Your laughter still echoes in our ears, your confidence strengthens our hearts, and your life taught us that happiness is not a matter of circumstances, but of attitude. Your honesty, your spirit of service, and your boundless love for people taught us the true meaning of humanity. You showed us that real satisfaction comes from helping others.”

He further wrote, “Even though you are no longer with us, your voice and your songs still give us strength. We are deeply shocked by your sudden passing. Until a few days ago, everything was fine, and now your untimely departure has deeply saddened us. Your memories will remain with us every moment. But if we look at it from a different perspective, you are closer to us now than ever before. You live on in our memories, and we can talk to you whenever we want.”

In August, Prarthana lost her friend and Pavitra Rishta co-actor Priya Marathe, who passed away at the age of 38 after a long battle with cancer and is now shocked by the demise of her father.
