As we know, last month Microsoft faced a massive outage.
The cause was a software update pushed by cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike, which caused system-related problems for Microsoft customers, including several airlines.
Though disruptions at other major U.S. carriers eased the next day, they continued at Delta.
Microsoft said its initial review showed Delta had not modernized its IT infrastructure, unlike its competitors.
suffered a loss of 500 million dollars
