After Border 2, Safar, Gadar 3, Jat 2, and Ramayan, his next film will be released not in theaters but on an OTT platform. The actor with whom Sunny Deol will be making his OTT debut from "Border" is none other than the acclaimed actor Akshay Khanna. Khanna also garnered praise for his portrayal of Aurangzeb in the film "Chava," and the teaser of the Ranveer Singh-starrer "Dhurandhar" was released a few days ago.

Akshay and Sunny Deol worked together in the 1999 film Border. Now, after a long time, they are going to work together again. According to a report from a Mumbai entertainment reporter, Siddharth P. Malhotra, director of the films Maharaja and Hichki, and Sunny Deol have been in talks for a long time. Both have now agreed to work together on this film. Akshay Khanna will also be in the lead role along with Sunny. The film has been tentatively titled Ikka.

The film, tentatively titled Ikka, may be released on Netflix.  The Sunny Deol -Akshaye Khanna starrer is scheduled to begin shooting in Mumbai next month. No details about the film's plot or background have been revealed yet.

Yes, Sunny Leone will be seen in a different role from his usual action hero image. The film is scheduled for release in the middle of next year.
