Sonu Sood , while posting on Wednesday, also wrote that children below 16 years of age should be banned from using online gaming and social media.

Sonu Sood expressed grief over the suicide of three young girls on his ex's account and wrote, "Today, three young girls lost their lives in Ghaziabad. Not to violence, not to poverty, but to the invisible pressure of online gaming and digital addiction. I have spoken out against this before, and I will say it again. Social media and online gaming should be banned for children under 16, except for studies."

The actor further wrote in his post, "Childhood needs guidance, not algorithms. It needs care, not constant screen time. This isn't about blaming anyone. It's about safety, before it's too late, before it becomes just another headline that we forget. Now is the time to act."

Sonu Sood also shared a video expressing grief over the death of three little girls, in which he said, "Today, three girls took their own lives in Ghaziabad. These girls were not defeated, they were left alone. We have left our children so far ahead in the world of online and social media that we cannot hear their silence. If we want our lives, their lives and the future of our country to be better, then first of all, it is necessary to ban online gaming."

For information, let us tell you that this case is from 'Bharat City' society of Ghaziabad, where three sisters aged 12-14 and 16 committed suicide together. Police investigation has revealed that these three were addicted to playing 'Korean task-based games' online. According to the police, these three girls lived with their parents in a high-rise apartment. During investigation, the police found an 8-page diary and a suicide note from the spot, in which it was written - "Sorry Papa, Korea was our life." The family claims that the girls were badly addicted to Korean culture and task-based games.
