Symptoms and prevention
With the increasing incidence of heart attacks, you should learn about their symptoms and prevention methods. Common symptoms of a heart attack include sudden, sharp pain, heaviness, or pressure, pain radiating to the arm, neck, or jaw, shortness of breath even during light work, unexplained sweating, especially cold sweat, sudden feelings of anxiety or fear, and nausea, vomiting, or dizziness. However, it's important to note that symptoms may be different and milder in women, the elderly, and people with diabetes. To prevent heart disease, pay attention to your diet and avoid excessive fried or roasted foods. Include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and omega-3-rich foods in your diet. Practice yoga for 30 minutes daily, avoid smoking and alcohol, and maintain weight control, as obesity doubles the risk of heart attack.
