On Monday, Shraddha shared her excitement after watching the film on Instagram. On the first slide, she wrote, "Aditya Dhar making a film like Dhurandhar is truly awful," and on the second slide, she wrote, “And then making us wait three months for Part 2. Don't play with our emotions, please advance the release date. What an amazing experience! If it weren't for the morning shoot, I swear I would have gone back to see it again. Chawa, Saiyara, Dhurandhar - all in Hindi cinema in 2025.”

Supported by Yami Gautam

Shraddha Kapoor further added, "Yami Gautam faced negative PR machinery and fabricated controversies, Dhurandhar withstood it all and came out brilliantly. No evil force can bring down a good film. We trust the audience." Aditya Dhar responded by sending Shraddha his love and gratitude for her heartfelt praise.

Inspired by true events, Dhurandhar is the thrilling story of a spy who infiltrates Rehman Dacoit's gang in Lyari, Pakistan, to dismantle their operations and provide vital intelligence to RAW about their links with the ISI in an effort to curb terrorism. The film stars a stellar cast including Ranveer Singh, Arjun Rampal, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, and R. Madhavan in lead roles, with Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi, and Danish Pandor in pivotal roles. Thanks to its strong word-of-mouth publicity, it has been a resounding box office success, grossing over ₹500 crore worldwide in just 10 days and counting.

Meanwhile, the most awaited sequel of Dhurandhar is set to release on March 19, 2026 where it will clash with Yash's Toxic: A Fairytale for the Grown-Ups at the box office.
