In view of this, the administration has declared a holiday in schools, so that the safety of children can be ensured. The effect of rain was also seen in the Delhi-NCR region. An order has been issued to keep schools from nursery to class 12 of all boards closed in Noida and Ghaziabad on September 3. The administration has clarified that this decision has been taken keeping in mind the safety of children and teaching staff.
On the other hand, all government and private schools and colleges from nursery to class 12 will remain closed in Bulandshahr. The holiday decision was taken keeping in mind the safety of students during heavy rains. Heavy rain has been continuously falling in Bulandshahr for the last two days. Bulandshahr Basic Education Officer Laxmikant Pandey has issued a holiday order.
Schools closed in Mathura-Baghpat too
In view of heavy rains in Baghpat, all schools from 8th to 12th class will remain closed tomorrow (3rd September). BSA has issued a letter in this regard. Apart from this, due to rains in Mathura and rising water level in Yamuna, District Magistrate Mathura has declared holiday on 3rd and 4th September for schools from 1st to 12th class.
In Moradabad, DM Anuj Singh issued instructions and declared a holiday on September 2 in schools of all boards from nursery to class 12. The administration said that due to continuous rain, there is a possibility of waterlogging on the roads and traffic problems, in such a situation it may be risky for children to go to school.
Schools closed in Amethi on the orders of DM
Similarly, in Amethi district too, instructions were given to keep all schools closed today due to heavy rainfall for the last two days. On the orders of the DM, the District School Inspector (DIOS) declared holiday in all schools running from class 1 to 12.
This step was also taken in Raebareli keeping in view the weather
In view of heavy rains in Raebareli too, District Magistrate Harshita Mathur issued an order. After the DM's instructions, it was decided to keep all schools from class 1 to 12 closed. The administration says that in view of the bad weather, this step has been taken purely for safety reasons.
Schools of all boards will remain closed
In Meerut too, the DIOS issued an order stating that on September 2, only schools of all boards up to class 8 will remain closed. Due to continuous rain, the situation here is also not normal and children have been advised to stay safe at home.
Public badly affected by rain
Due to this heavy rain in many parts of the state, the common people are facing a lot of problems. Waterlogging, traffic jams and obstacles in movement have been seen at many places. The administration is constantly monitoring the situation and has appealed to the people to be cautious. Giving priority to the safety of children, school holidays have been declared in the districts.
