Relative became murderer in Mandavali, Delhi, 15 year old boy was killed with glass:

News Topical, Digital Desk : Delhi Crime News: A sensational incident of murder of a teenager came to light late on Sunday night in Mandavali police station area of East Delhi. In which a 15-year-old teenager, identified as Imran, a resident of Saket Block located in Sabzi Mandi of Mandavali, died.

According to the police, the information about the incident was received from LBS hospital through MLC. On which the police team immediately reached the hospital and after taking the medical report, kept the body safe for postmortem.

Sister said, a relative became the murderer

According to DCP Abhishek Dhaniya, the deceased's elder sister Shabana told the police that the person who attacked Imran was none other than her minor relative.

He said that there was an argument between the two over something, after which the accused picked up a sharp piece of glass lying nearby and attacked Imran. The sharp piece of glass penetrated deep below the left ribs, due to which Imran died on the spot.

The patrolling police team caught the accused

The police immediately called the crime team and cordoned off the scene. The forensic team was also informed. The scene was thoroughly examined, photographs were taken and evidence was secured. Initial investigation made it clear that the attack was not planned, but happened during a sudden quarrel.

Meanwhile, the night patrol team of Preet Vihar police station saw a teenager indulging in suspicious activities. On enquiry, he was identified as a minor accused. He was handed over to the Mandavali police station.

The quarrel started due to mutual animosity and turned into a bloody conflict

He is about 16-17 years old and works as a scrap dealer. He admitted that he was the one who attacked Imran. He said that the fight happened due to old animosity and personal dispute.

During police investigation it was revealed that there was already a dispute going on between the deceased Imran and the accused. Both belong to the same caste and community and are also close relatives. On the night of the incident, both of them met, where the argument between them escalated so much that it led to a scuffle.

He picked up a piece of glass and attacked her fatally

Meanwhile, the accused picked up a piece of sharp glass lying nearby and attacked Imran. In this case, an FIR has been registered against the accused in Mandavali police station under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code. Further investigation is going on in this case.
