The company's third quarter results showed weakness on a year-over-year basis. The company reported a net loss of ₹8 crore in the quarter, compared to a profit of ₹19.4 crore in the same period last year. Quarterly revenue showed a slight increase of 3% to ₹299.2 crore, compared to ₹290.3 crore in the previous year. However, EBITDA declined by 40.5%, falling from ₹41.3 crore to ₹24.6 crore. EBITDA margin also declined from 14.2% to 8.2%. The company's stock fell more than 2% following the results.

Indostar Capital Finance NBFC's Q3 results also came under pressure. The company's net profit fell 70% year-over-year to ₹8.3 crore, compared to ₹27.7 crore in the previous year. Revenue declined by 7.2%, falling from ₹373.2 crore to ₹346.4 crore. EBITDA declined by 27.6%, from ₹211.3 crore to ₹152.9 crore. EBITDA margin slipped from 56.63% to 44.15%. The stock fell by more than 1% after the results. However, the stock recovered sharply in the last hour and gained more than 5%. Suprajit Engineering 's third-quarter profit was significantly impacted. Net profit fell 62.6% year-on-year to ₹12.5 crore, compared to ₹33.4 crore in the same period last year. However, quarterly revenue increased by a strong 17.7%, rising from ₹831.5 crore to ₹979 crore. EBITDA declined marginally by 2% to ₹94.9 crore from ₹96.9 crore. Margins also declined to 9.7% from 11.6%. Weak profits and margins led to a sharp decline of nearly 5% in the stock.
