News Topical, Digital Desk : Tata Technologies, a Tata Group company, announced its results for the quarter ended September 2025 after the stock market closed on Friday. The company reported a 5.1 percent year-over-year increase in profit to ₹166 crore in the second quarter of fiscal 2025, compared to ₹157 crore in the same quarter last year. Total revenue also increased 2.1 percent to ₹1,323 crore, compared to ₹1,296 crore in the same period last year.

The company stated in a filing to the exchange that its EBITDA during this period was ₹208 crore, a decline of 11.7% year-on-year. In the same quarter last year, the company had reported EBITDA of ₹235.5 crore. Its EBITDA margin also declined from 18.1% year-on-year to 15.7%. 

Share Performance: The company's shares closed at ₹687.30 on Monday, down 0.69%. Over the past year, the company's stock has declined 35.15%.
