A video of this incident is now going viral on social media. The victim was on his way to the scene of the incident after being summoned by an investigator.

The accused, who were present on the road, stopped the victim, assaulted him, and vandalized his car. Ravi Pandey, Anjani Kumar Pandey, and Santosh Kumar Pandey suffered serious injuries in the assault. One seriously injured person has been sent to the hospital for treatment.

Police initiated action

According to the police, his condition is now normal after treatment in the hospital. The Uttaran police station has detained three accused for questioning. The police are now engaged in further investigation in this case. Regarding the other allegations, the Uttaran police station in-charge has been instructed to investigate and ensure necessary action.

The victim was going when the police was called

Ravi Kumar Pandey, a resident of Soura Jalalpur village in the Uttaran police station area of the Ganganagar zone, filed an FIR on February 16th. In connection with this case, the investigating officer summoned Pandey to the scene in Jalalpur on February 18th. It is alleged that the accused named in the case stopped his car on the road and assaulted him. They also vandalized the victim's car.

Charged with assault and robbery

It is alleged that the miscreants also stole 217,000 rupees, a mobile phone, and a gold chain kept in the vehicle for paying brick kiln workers. The accused also threatened to kill the victim.

In the FIR, the victim has filed a complaint against Aman Yadav, Kamal Yadav, Raj Pratap Yadav alias Sadhu Yadav, Jabar Yadav, Murali Yadav, Amar Yadav, Faiz, Mukesh Yadav alias Thakur and some unknown accused and has appealed to the police for immediate action.
