News Topical, Digital Desk : The controversy surrounding the new UGC regulations is intensifying. Meanwhile, Praveen Togadia has also issued a significant statement regarding these regulations. He warned the central government that it should ensure that no one is treated unfairly when enacting the law, as if this were to happen, the benefits would be greater than the harm.
Praveen Togadia attended an event in Basti on Monday, where he said regarding the UGC regulations that the government should ensure that society is not divided along caste or religious lines before enacting any law. If this happens, enacting the law will do more harm than good.
Statement on the new UGC law
The UGC law is a matter of concern for the entire country. People should not be divided while formulating the law, otherwise we will suffer the consequences. In any educational institution, students from the general caste, whether Brahmin, Thakur, or Vaishya, should not be treated unfairly, and those who commit wrongdoing should not be protected. Both these things need to be taken care of.
He said that efforts to divide Hindus in the country had occurred before, and we had seen its adverse consequences. Therefore, this history should not be repeated, and no Hindu should be treated unjustly, nor should Hindus be divided among themselves. Giving an ultimatum to the central government and BJP leaders, Praveen Togadia said that the people in the government are his allies, so his voice will surely reach them, and they will work in the public interest.
Advice given to central and state government
Praveen Togadia stated that India is a saffron-colored country and will remain so. India is capable of dealing with those who pose a threat to Hindus. Advocating for the implementation of a population control law, Praveen Togadia said that once implemented, this law would result in a Hindu majority in the country.
Hindu leader Praveen Togadia said that after January 26, 1950, the country's own people came to power. India developed and is steadily progressing towards quality education and healthcare. His organization is continuously running a public awareness campaign to ensure affordable education, healthcare, and protection for Hindus in the country.
