News Topical, Digital Desk : Since Diwali, the air in the capital Delhi has become toxic. As always, due to rising pollution, Delhi's condition is dire. The poor AQI is causing a variety of problems. Now, news is coming that Delhi's pollution is also affecting the film industry. 

Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, and Rashmika Mandanna's upcoming film, Cocktail 2 , is scheduled to be shot in Delhi-NCR. However, due to pollution, the makers have made significant changes to the shooting schedule and have implemented strict air quality control measures. 

Pollution casts a shadow on the shooting of Cocktail

The team of Cocktail 2, which recently returned home from filming in Europe, is now taking precautions before beginning its next shoot. The film's next schedule will be shot in parts of Delhi. Currently, Delhi's air pollution levels are high. Therefore, the film team is exercising caution before beginning shooting there. This is the second film in the Cocktail franchise, which was released in 2012. The original film starred Saif Ali Khan alongside actresses Deepika Padukone and Diana Penty. Cocktail 2 stars Shahid Kapoor alongside Kriti Sanon and Rashmika Mandanna.

According to reports, the film team originally planned to shoot in Delhi for approximately a month. However, the team has now reduced this timeframe. The team will now shoot in and around South Delhi from November 11th to 20th. The production team is making numerous safety arrangements for the actors, including air purifiers in vanity vans and mandatory masking.

When will Cocktail 2 release? 

The shooting of Cocktail 2 is almost half complete. After the Delhi shoot, post-production will begin. It is believed that the movie may be released theatrically next year. It is worth noting that Rashmika Mandanna is working with Shahid Kapoor for the first time, while Kriti Sanon has previously done so in the film Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Ullah Jiya.
