
News Topical, Digital Desk : 100 graves of minority community Ahmadiya located in Pakistan's Punjab province have been damaged. With this, the number of graves of a particular community targeted has increased to more than 250 this year. Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Pakistan spokesperson Aamir Mahmood said that the radical Islamist party Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) is suspected of demolishing the gravestones in Khushab two days ago.

An investigation has been launched into the matter on the complaint of local Ahmadiya people. Mahmood said that 269 Ahmadiya graves have been desecrated this year. Last year the number was 319. Despite these incidents, the concerned authorities have failed to provide justice to the victims.
A video of TLP cleric Zia Mustafa Shah is also being circulated on the internet media, in which he is openly inciting people against the Ahmadiyya community. He is calling for the destruction of Ahmadiyya graves in Khushab.
Teen raped and killed in madrasa
The body of a 13-year-old boy was found in a madrassa in Gadap Town, Karachi, who was allegedly strangled to death after being raped. Mujeeb ur Rehman was found in the madrassa. Initial police investigations revealed that the boy was tortured and raped before being killed. Two persons, including a madrassa teacher, have been detained for questioning.
