According to Deadline, the makers had to invest 1 billion dollars to make this 8-episode series which is Rs 8300 crore in Indian currency.

Everything was included in the budget of Rs 8300 crore. The makers spent so much money on everything from VFX, makeup to rights purchase and promotion. According to Collider, 465 million dollars or Rs 3800 crore were spent on production alone. In such a situation, the cost of making each episode was Rs 480 crore. In this sense, this web series is the most expensive series in the world.
