According to Dr. Chopra, ladyfinger is helpful in weight loss due to its high fiber content  . Therefore, ladyfinger water, being rich in fiber, gives a feeling of fullness and reduces the total calorie intake, which helps in weight loss.

Keep blood pressure under control

If you  have blood pressure problems  , then ladyfinger water will prove to be a boon for you. Drinking it regularly helps in keeping blood pressure under control.
