The Pakistan army chief admitted the truth for the first time in his address on the occasion of Defense Day in Rawalpindi on 6 September.

According to a video of his address posted by Pakistani channel Geo TV, the Pakistan Army chief said, "Pakistan is a brave and courageous nation and knows the importance of independence and the price paid for it. Be it 1948, 1965, 1971 (war), Kargil war or Siachen conflict, thousands of soldiers sacrificed their lives for the country." 

India's glorious victory in Kargil

Pakistan's secret was revealed on Pulwama attack
