New Delhi: Fugitive Zakir Naik is spewing venom with the help of Waqf Amendment Bill 2024. Now Union Minister Kiren Rijiju has given a befitting reply to Naik. Rijiju accused Zakir Naik of misleading the Muslims of the country. Kiren Rijiju wrote on his X account that please do not mislead the innocent Muslims of our country from outside. India is a democratic country and people have the right to express their opinion.
On September 8, Zakir Naik had appealed to the Muslims of the country to oppose the Waqf Amendment Bill 2024. Kiren Rijiju also shared three videos. In one of these, people are being appealed to give their opinion against the Waqf Amendment Bill.
Zakir Naik said- reject the Wakf bill
Zakir Naik wrote on his X account that Indians should protect Waqf properties, reject Waqf Amendment Bill! Let us all together protect the sanctity of Waqf and ensure its preservation for future generations. Quoting the Hadith, Zakir Naik wrote that, "If people see any evil and do not change it, then soon Allah will send his punishment on all of them."
'If the bill is passed, we will face the wrath of Allah'
Naik further said that this is an urgent call to the Muslims of India to stop this evil which violates the sacred status of Waqf and adversely affects the future of Islamic institutions. If we allow this bill to be passed, we will incur the wrath of Allah and the curse of future generations. He said stop the evil or bear the brunt of it in this life and the next!
50 lakh Muslims should protest
Zakir Naik said that at least 50 lakh Muslims of India should reject the Waqf Amendment Bill. If the Muslims of India are not able to stop the Waqf properties from being taken away from the Ummah, then we will be held accountable for this. Along with this, he has also attached a QR code with his post. Through this, he appealed to the people to send their opinion to the parliamentary committee.
