He said the plane was ready to take off when the crew member noticed the tissue paper with "bomb" written on it.
The official said that the Central Industrial Security Force and Delhi Police were informed and the passengers were asked to get off the plane. He said that the plane was thoroughly searched but nothing was found. Later the passengers left for their destination by another plane.
