Bihar News: Union Minister Giriraj Singh has reacted to the demand of West Bengal BJP for a separate polling station for Hindu voters. While talking to the media in Begusarai on Tuesday (April 22), he said that the demand made by the BJP in Bengal shows that under the leadership and protection of Mamata Banerjee, the Muslims of Bengal threaten Hindu voters during elections and prevent them from casting their votes.

The Union Minister further said that the demands made by Bengal BJP are valid. The Hindu voters there are scared of Mamata Banerjee's behaviour. If the Election Commission does not take any special action this time, the Hindu voters there will face great difficulty.

Demand for imposition of President's rule in Bengal

Let us tell you that assembly elections are to be held in West Bengal in March-April next year. Before that, Bengal BJP is constantly cornering the Mamata Banerjee government. There is a demand for imposing President's rule in West Bengal due to the communal violence in Murshidabad. The Supreme Court is also going to hear the petition demanding imposition of President's rule in Bengal today (Tuesday). West Bengal residents Devdutt Maji and Mani Munjal have demanded imposition of President's rule in the state citing the violence that broke out in protest against the Waqf Amendment Act this month and the attack on Hindus.

Rahul Gandhi was also targeted

Earlier on Monday (21 April), while talking to the media in Patna, Union Minister Giriraj Singh had hit back at Rahul Gandhi's statement on the Election Commission. He said that Rahul Gandhi is not a well-wisher of the country. He abuses the Prime Minister in the country and abuses the country outside the country. Rahul Gandhi should resign. He is trying to divert attention from the National Herald case.
