News Topical, Digital Desk : A major revelation has been made regarding the Luthra brothers, accused in the Goa fire and owners of a nightclub. An investigation into corporate records has revealed the names of 42 companies linked to Delhi restaurant owners Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra. These two brothers are at the center of the investigation into the December 6 Goa nightclub fire.
These revelations have raised questions about the scale, structure, financial methods and credibility of the brothers' business operations, including their global presence.
Network of 42 companies
Corporate filings show that the Luthra brothers are directors or partners in 42 different companies, including private limited firms and limited liability partnerships (LLPs). The investigation found that most of the companies are registered at the same address: 2590, Ground Floor, Hudson Line, North West Delhi.
The repeated use of the same address across dozens of companies is a well-known red-flag indicator in financial investigations, suggesting the existence of shell entities, anonymous fund routing, and potential money laundering. Several marketing campaigns for Romeo Lane Group claim an international presence in Phuket, Thailand. However, the investigation found no operational outlets, customer reviews, or verified business addresses.

By Sunday morning, they boarded an Indigo flight from India.
At the time, emergency services were still trying to extinguish the fire and rescue trapped staff members. Goa police later contacted the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to issue an Interpol Blue Corner notice, following which he was detained in Thailand.
