Next week, a total of 5 issues are going to open and 12 companies will be listed in the market. 2 issues from the main segment will open for investment, while 3 companies will be listed in the market. On the other hand, issues of 3 companies from the SME segment will open in the market. At the same time, 9 companies will be listed on the SME platform.
Shares of next week's Mainline IPO
Urban Company, Dev Accelerator and Shringar House of Mangalsutra will be listed on the stock exchange on Wednesday, 17 September 2025. The IPOs of these companies have closed today i.e. Friday. Allotment is expected to be finalized on Monday. Two new IPOs will also be launched in the main segment during the week. Next week, investors can invest in the issues of VMS TMT and Euro Pratik Sales.
The IPO of Euro Pratik Sales will open on Tuesday, 16 September 2025 and close on Thursday, 18 September 2025. The company will try to raise Rs 451.31 crore through an offer for sale of 1.83 crore shares. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 235 to Rs 247 per share. There will be 60 shares in one lot. That is, to invest in the IPO, investors will have to submit an application of a minimum of Rs 14,820. The stock may list on both BSE and NSE on September 23, 2025.
VMS TMT The VMS TMT IPO will open on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, and close on Friday, September 19, 2025. This public issue is entirely a fresh issue of 1.5 crore equity shares through which the company will try to raise Rs 148.50 crore. The price band has been fixed at Rs 94 to Rs 99 per share. There will be 150 shares in one lot and the minimum investment required for the application is Rs 14,850.
SME IPOs next week In the SME segment, the IPOs of Sampat Aluminium, TechD Cybersecurity and JD Cables will open next week. Apart from this, nine companies are going to be listed on the SME platform. These include LT Elevator, Airfloa Rail Technology, Galaxy Medicare, Jay Ambe Supermarkets, Taurian MPS, Karbonsteel Engineering, Nilachal Carbo Metalicks, Krupalu Metals and Vashishtha Luxury Fashion.
