Illegal madrasa built on government school land demolished, bulldozer ran on the instructions of SDM:

News Topical, Digital Desk : Gonda News: The district administration's bulldozer has roared in Barauli village of Gonda. Where a madrasa and a mosque were built illegally on the land of a government school. As per the order, under the guidance of District Magistrate Neha Sharma, a JCB was brought in and the madrasa was demolished in the presence of a heavy police force and Tarabganj SDM.

The administration demolished some parts of a madrasa built illegally on the land of a government primary school in Barauli of Tarabganj tehsil of Gonda using a bulldozer. This madrasa was built on the land of a government primary school located in Barauli Barjor Nagar. The administration had earlier instructed the madrasa operators several times to remove the illegal encroachment. This action was taken on the orders of the District Magistrate when the instructions were not followed.

What did Tarabganj SDM say?
Tarabganj SDM Rajiv Mohan Saxena said that this land was allotted for a government school. The tehsil administration will now take action against the madrasa operator as per rules. The administration has warned that if anyone again occupies the land of the primary school illegally, strict action will be taken against him.

A special campaign is also being run by the DM to remove illegal encroachment on government land in Gonda district. Madrasa operators are in a state of panic after this action taken with a bulldozer. The district administration has warned the people who have encroached government land in other places of the district to vacate the government land soon.

Regarding the entire matter, Deputy District Magistrate Tarabganj Rajiv Mohan Saxena said that this was school land. A mosque or madrasa was built on it, orders for its demolition had already been issued. Demolition is being done today as per the orders and instructions of the District Magistrate. This is Barauli village, where a madrasa is built. Some of the land belongs to the school. The part of the school which is running illegal madrasas is being demolished. Action will be taken against it as per rules.
